In this episode, I show you how I caught this big crab (aka channel crab or spider crab) on an underwater fishing trip in Miami and explain how to make a Paloma cocktail and cook this delicious crab! Since I’m a hunter and not much of a cook, I asked my pal Chef Max to guide me, and you, through this finger-licking crab recipe! All my recipes are simple enough for anyone to follow. Paloma recipe (for 2 strong drinks) :
– 4 tequila glasses
– 2 glasses of Contreau
– 4 shots grapefruit juice (unsweetened)
– 3 dashes Angostura bitters
– 2 squeezes agave nectar
– Juice of one and a half limes
Shake well with ice and serve with club soda.
